The collaboration of PGA TOUR professional Brad Faxon and award-winning golf course architect Brad Booth has created a landmark golf course at the Bay Club. Faxon's broad experience and global view, combined with Booth's unique appreciation and understanding of New England topography, have produced a course that members will be proud to call home.

"We are very excited about this project," says Brad Faxon. "The site and the setting presented the perfect opportunity for us to create a New England style country club community."

"How a course plays is certainly a factor. But how it looks is also very important. It must look like it belongs, like it is part of the landscape. This course is carved out of the forest. It flows with the natural topography. This golf course moves with the land."

"The last few holes must be memorable," continues Brad Booth. "You want to finish with a bang, playing your best golf right there in sight of the clubhouse. That's why our two finishing holes present the greatest challenge." Booth adds: "If you are tied walking onto the 17th tee, you won't be when you walk off the 18th green." -Brad Booth

Unique to the Bay Club, Brad Faxon has designed a "Short Game School Facility." Located a "chip shot" away from our practice range, the short game school is isolated from noise and distractions. It is designed to emulate many approach looks and provides a unique tool for the Club Pro to help members improve this very important, often overlooked part of their game.
